How to Reserve
- Book directly using the library online reservation calendar
- Call the Truckee Library at 530-582-7846 to reserve during business hours
- Reservations require a valid email address
- You will receive an email confirming the reservation
- You may cancel the reservation from your email confirmation or by calling the Truckee Library at 530-582-7846
Room Details
- The space can be booked in 30 minute increments with a maximum of 2 hours per reservation
- You may make a reservation up to 3 months in advance
- Capacity not to exceed 10
- There are 4 long tables and 8 chairs
- Space includes access to free WiFi and a 65” Smart TV with a Logitech Meetup system for video conferencing
- Room is open to all community groups non-profit organizations, individuals, County of Nevada Government departments, committees and commissions.
- Room is not to be used for the benefit of a private individual, fundraising or business purposes, including paid tutoring.
