Join us while we read out loud Percy Jackson and the Olympians: The Lightning Thief, by Rick Riordan. Every Friday afternoon until we finish the book we will take turns reading this fun and action packed J fiction novel. Feel free to practice your reading skills out loud or simply listen to the Greek mythology unfold while you read along! All ages and families invited to participate. Books will be provided to all those who attend.
The Lightning Thief has been chosen for the read-alike for Circe, the title for the 2022 Nevada County Reads. This program is for the youth in the county to participate with the Nevada County Reads and explore Greek mythology.
