Did you know there are many fun and rewarding opportunities to get involved in your community? In a smaller community like ours, volunteers are the lifeblood of important projects and events that simply wouldn’t happen without them. Below are just a few of the opportunities I am aware of, followed by their point of contact. Please reach out to me if you know of others so that I can share them in future newsletters.

I volunteer my time with numerous organizations, including the Rough and Ready Grange. It’s just my way of giving back. I challenge you to volunteer for something in the near future. As the Nevada County motto goes, we’re Better Together.
