Have your permit plans reviewed while you wait! The Over-the-Counter Wednesday Plan Review Program started in 2015 to help expedite the permit process by shortening your two-week review to a one-hour pre-scheduled appointment.
Planning a project has never been easier. At the appointment, owners, contractors, or design professionals will meet with County staff to review the plans. Qualifying projects include decks, garages/workshops, swimming pools, interior remodels, simple tenant improvements, and more.
