Provide public comment during the public hearings on April 18 and May 3 from 2:00-4:30 p.m. and at 6:00 p.m. by calling 800-857-1917, passcode: 1767567#. Public Comments can be submitted online in advance of the meetings. Customers of a company offering telephone, VoIP, mobile voice services, and/or broadband are encouraged to provide public comment in one of the public forums.
