The Voter's Choice Act requires Nevada County to provide voters with periodic updates to the Election Administration Plan. This is the first draft of our 2024 update to the Plan. The public is encouraged to provide our office with feedback on the plan.
We will soon hold a public meeting to go over the updated Plan and provide the opportunity for the public to ask questions. Check back with our office for details.
