10-Day Public Inspection with Rebuttals

10-day Public Inspection for Arguments and Analyses

-During the 10-Day Public Inspection period, materials related to the Measure are available for public examination in the elections official's office for a period of 10 days (December 16-26, 2023).  Any person may obtain a copy of the related materials in the elections official's office.  

-You can view Measure A, B, and C, and the resolutions, on our website linked here.  Impartial Analyses and Arguments For and Against are available in the elections official's office.  

  • Measure A, B, or C: Nevada County Clerk-Recorder/Registrar of Voters Office 
  • Measure B: City of Grass Valley- City Clerk Office
  • Measure C: City of Nevada City- City Clerk Office

-Written Rebuttal Arguments can be submitted to the elections official's office by December 22, 2023 by 5:00pm.

-10-calendar day public inspection of arguments filed by December 15, 2023. During the public examination period, any voter of the jurisdiction in which the election is being held, or the county elections official, may seek a writ of mandate or an injunction requiring any or all of the materials to be amended or deleted. The writ of mandate or injunction request shall be filed no later than the end of the public examination period.

-December 23, 2023-January 2, 2023

-10-calendar day public inspection of arguments filed by December 22, 2023. During the public examination period, any voter of the jurisdiction in which the election is being held, or the county elections official, may seek a writ of mandate or an injunction requiring any or all of the materials to be amended or deleted. The writ of mandate or injunction request shall be filed no later than the end of the public examination period.
