Nevada County Elections will continue conducting Logic and Accuracy testing of voting equipment January 31, 2024. This is now the 3rd day of testing and now will shift locations to test the equipment in our central count location. The testing will take place at 950 Maidu Ave, Nevada City, in the Elections office. The Logic and Accuracy Test takes place before every election. The voting equipment will be tested for functionality and accuracy in preparation for the March 5 Presidential Primary Election.
