The Mental Health Services Act, also known as Prop 63, is designed to expand and transform county mental health systems, expanding services for individuals with or at risk of a mental health disorder. Counties are required to develop a three-year MHSA program and expenditure plans in collaboration with stakeholders. The plan and priorities are based on needs as identified by the mental health needs assessment and planning process.
Nevada County Behavioral Health is inviting all stakeholders to review and comment on Nevada County’s Mental Health Services Act (MHSA) FY 24/25 Annual Plan Update (APU) and Annual Progress Report (APR) for FY 22/23 for 30 days from March 28 through April 28, 2024.
