Tuesday, Oct. 22: Haunted Histories of Leap Castle and Glamis Castle
For those whose curiosity still isn’t satisfied, join us again at the Grass Valley Library on Tuesday, Oct. 22, at 5:30 p.m. for “Ghastly Ghosts: The Haunted Histories of Leap Castle and Glamis Castle.” Mark Lyon will present the spooky stories of these two famous castles, each steeped in history and legend. Leap Castle, located in Ireland, is often claimed to be one of the most haunted castles in the world, while Scotland’s Glamis Castle is known for its own share of frightening tales—and is famously said to be the inspiration for the setting of Shakespeare’s Macbeth.
