Calling all creative teens! Join us for LiterArtsy, a bi-weekly art adventure where you can transform old books into stunning works of art. Led by local book artist Nancy Schaefer, this program is all about getting artsy and having fun!
Experiment with Text: Play around with typography and add your own words to bring your art to life.
Paint and Illustrate: Learn cool painting techniques and make your book pages pop.
Create with Collage: Mix and match materials to add unique flair to your projects.
Master Mixed Media: Blend it all together—text, paint, and collage—for a one-of-a-kind masterpiece!
Choose your own book to upcycle and make it your ongoing creative project. And don’t worry—we’ve got snacks to keep the inspiration flowing!
