The Nevada County Assessor’s Office proudly certified the 2025 Assessment Roll, reflecting the total value of all taxable property in the county. This marks the 14th consecutive year of growth, underscoring the county’s ongoing economic strength.
“This year’s assessment roll is a testament to the stability and desirability of Nevada County’s property market,” said Assessor Rolf Kleinhans. “With an increase of $1.28 billion in assessed value, we continue to see steady growth across the region.”
