10-day Public Inspection of Arguments, Analysis, and the Rebuttal Period

-During the 10-Day public inspection and rebuttal period, materials related to the Measure are available for public examination in the elections official's office for a period of 10 days (August 9-18, 2024).  Any person may obtain a copy of the related materials in the elections official's office.  

-Written rebuttal Arguments can be submitted to the elections official's office by August 18, 2025 by 5:00pm.

-10-calendar day public inspection of arguments filed by August 18, 2025. During the public examination period, any voter of the jurisdiction in which the election is being held, or the county elections official, may seek a writ of mandate or an injunction requiring any or all of the materials to be amended or deleted. The writ of mandate or injunction request shall be filed no later than the end of the public examination period.
