We’re thrilled to announce the upcoming launch of VaxFacts Nevada County, a new online resource dedicated to increasing awareness and uptake of pediatric vaccines in our community.
This initiative is part of a community-wide campaign to support childhood immunizations and promote pediatric health across Nevada County. The website is sponsored by Partnership HealthPlan of California and supported by the Nevada County Immunization Coalition including:
