All ages and skill levels are invited to make wintery crafts in the happiest Carnegie Library in Grass Valley. Expect plenty of paint, glue, and maybe a sprinkle of glitter, so come prepared for some festive messiness!
This is a free event. Projects will be available throughout the day while supplies last.
