In June 2018, the Nevada County Board of Supervisors approved a contract with Kimley-Horn and Associates to prepare and Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for the County's Commercial Cannabis Cultivation Ordinance project. The Draft EIR and its associated Appendices are available online on our Cannabis Conversation page. The Ordinance itself is still in draft form and is expected to be finalized and approved by the Board in 2019.
