Public hearing to review and consider the submittal of an application in response to the 2017 State Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA), and to solicit citizen input.
The County proposes to apply for a grant of up to $5 million, to approve the expenditures of Program Income funds in excess of $35,000 on the activities outlined in the application, and to commit $5,000 in matching County General Fund monies for the following eligible activities:
- Public Facilities: Odyssey House Rehabilitation (03F) $3,196,396
- Housing: Housing Rehabilitation Single Unit (14A) $1,000,000
- Planning Technical Assistance: Homeless Study (20A-CD) $100,000
- General Fund for Match
