At their regular meeting on May 14, 2019 the Board of Supervisors will continue the Public Hearing from May 7, 2019 to consider the adoption of the Nevada County Commercial Cannabis Cultivation Ordinance, as well as the Final Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for the Ordinance, and take final action on both items. The documents related to the Public Hearing, Resolution, and Ordinance are available online.
