[ARCHIVED] Red Flag Warning is Cancelled for Strong Winds and Low Humidity

2019-09-16

September 16, 2019, 9:15am--The National Weather Service in Reno has cancelled the Red Flag Warning for Eastern Nevada County.

Humidity has increased across northeastern California and far northwest Nevada this morning with the approaching cold front.

Rain showers are occurring in some locations already, mainly from Graeagle northward to the Oregon border. Areas south and east of a line from Graeagle to Eagleville will receive rain showers in
the next couple of hours, so the Red Flag Warning is cancelled. Winds will remain breezy and may be gusty and erratic near any thunderstorms that develop through mid afternoon.
