The Nevada County Community Library has done a series of pop-ups throughout the community so far this year and has several more planned October through December.
Truckee Library is planning two pop-ups in October. On Saturday the 19th the library will be at Big Truck Day in Truckee from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. with the Library Mobile Tech Van. Big Truck Day is held at the Truckee Town Corporation Yard. Also in October, the library will pop up at the Truckee Community Arts Center for the Halloween Parade on Friday, October 25th from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m.
On Saturday, November 16th, the library will pop up a booth at the Save Mart in Grass Valley for the annual Food Bank Turkey Drive from 12:00 to 2:00 p.m. The Library will offer a Thanksgiving themed craft as well as holiday themed books and movies for check out.
Friday, December 13th is the final Library pop-up of the year with a booth at the Cornish Christmas in Grass Valley from 6:00p.m. Drop by for books and movies for check out, to sign up for a library card, or to check out what else the library has to offer!
