Free mulch is available on Fridays and Saturdays from 9am-3pm through June 27 at

Staff will be on hand to mechanically load mulch into vehicles and trailers. There is no limit to how many yards of material may be collected. Wood chips and organic material are helpful for moisture retention, soil enrichment, erosion control and weed abatement. Best practices for defensible space encourage residents to make the first five feet around their homes no-fuel zones. It is recommended that mulch be placed at least 30 feet from any structure.
