BenefitsCal is seeking users to participate in a series of paid focus groups and testing activities. This is a one-year commitment, and the kick-off meeting will be in early April. All activities are on Zoom, so no in-person attendance is required. You must be able to join Zoom meetings over the internet or by phone, and you must be willing to commit to quarterly 1-4 hour Zoom meetings over the course of the next year.
You will be asked to participate in a variety of activities, and the amount paid will vary by activity. For brief surverys that take less than 15 minutes, you will not be paid. For brief user testing and surveys that take 15 to 30 minutes, you will be paid $25. For interviews, workgroups, and user testing that takes 30 minutes to one hour, you will be paid $50. For interviews, workgroups, and user testing that takes 1.5 to 2 hours, you will be paid $100. For interviews, workgroups, and user testing that takes 3 to 4 hours, you will be paid $150. Payment will be issued within 2-3 days of the activity by electronic gift card or physical gift card.
