On November 1, 2023, Kanopy play credits will change to tickets. At the beginning of each month, users will receive a ticket allotment, as determined by their library. Keep in mind that tickets do not roll over from month to month. This update provides users clear insight into how many tickets are required and how long they’ll have to watch a title or series before pressing play.
