Posted on: December 4, 2024[ARCHIVED] Public Health is Monitoring H5N1 Bird Flu in Raw Milk
To date, there have been no reported cases of H5N1 bird flu in cows or humans in Nevada County and raw milk from Raw Farm has been voluntarily recalled. Consumers are advised not to consume raw milk. Pasteurized milk remains safe to drink.
