About the #adulting Series
Now in its fifth installment, the #adulting program brings local experts to the library each month for after-hours presentations on essential life skills, from personal finances to cooking basics. This month’s focus on mental health aligns with both Screen-Free Week and Mental Health Awareness Month.
"Mental health is such an important subject that can be really hard to talk about. We’re incredibly grateful that our community has so many experts and that these amazing partners are willing to share their knowledge with our community," said Brittany Blake of the Grass Valley Library.
