The County is comprised of about 25 different departments which each have varying needs for interns. Generally this means we can offer a broad range of internship opportunities which may include healthcare (and nursing), mental health, social sciences, finance, criminal and civil law, environmental sciences, information technology, construction, engineering, some law enforcement, and aviation.
Duties that would be performed by the intern vary by assignment, and may range from performing administrative support duties to working on a special project. Your supervisor is dedicated to teaching you the tools of your craft, tools that will help you advance your educational and professional goals.
