Food prepared outside of permitted facilities may pose serious health risks, including exposure to potentially life-threatening pathogens such as Clostridium perfringens, Campylobacter jejuni, Clostridium botulinum, Salmonella, Staphylococcus aureus, Norovirus, and Hepatitis A.
