The Mental Health Services Act, also known as Proposition 63, is designed to expand and transform county mental health systems, expanding services for individuals with or at risk of a mental health disorder. Counties are required to develop three- year MHSA program and expenditure plans in collaboration with stakeholders. Nevada County’s Behavioral Health Department is inviting all stakeholders to review and comment on Nevada County's MHSA Annual Plan Update for FY 2025/2026 and Annual Progress Report for FY 2023/2024.
