Nevada County Code
With the Code update, the General Code and Land Use and Development Code are now one document. Nevada County Code as it is now known, contains general provisions regarding doing business in the County, revenue and taxation, health and safety-related regulations, use and development of property as adopted by the Nevada County Board of Supervisors.
Sanitation District Code
The Sanitation Code contains provisions related to sewers and sewerage systems, user fees and charges, and requirements related to connection to public wastewater systems, as adopted by Nevada County Sanitation District Number 1.
