Room Policies

The Grass Valley Study Room is a small space for individual study, tutoring or intimate group discussion. It is not an entirely closed or private space, and noise will carry to and from the reading room.

• The room is available for 2 hour increments
• Capacity not to exceed 4 people
• The Grass Valley Study room is not an entirely enclosed space, library behavior guidelines do apply
• Please use headphones as appropriate
• Rooms are not to be used for the purpose of for-profit transactions, including paid tutoring

Manage your reservation 

• Search for an available time online
• Reservations require a valid email address or phone number
• You will receive an email or text message confirming the reservation
• You may cancel the reservation from your confirmation
• You may also call the circulation desk to sign up or cancel a reservation at 530-273-4117
