Cashin's Field is an affordable workforce housing project providing 51 units. The project is located at 170 Ridge Road in Nevada City and includes a community center, a playground, picnic areas, and a central courtyard. The development was completed in January 2023 and includes one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom units. The Cashin’s Field Development is the result of a strong collaboration across jurisdictions to increase housing for residents of Nevada County.
