Missing or Mismatched Signature Form

If you have been notified that your vote-by-mail ballot has a missing or mismatched signature, you have the opportunity to cure the problem and have your ballot count.  You can fill out a Missing or Mismatched Signature form online at the following link: https://sites.omniballot.us/06057/app/home

Print and complete our Missing or Mismatched Signature form and scan it in an email or return it in person. The form is found at the following link: https://www.nevadacountyca.gov/DocumentCenter/View/36296/Missing-or-Mismatched-Signature-letter.
