Access to Child Support Services
Online and Remote Access
Child Support Services can be accessed online or by phone. Contactless transactions are encouraged. Access child support services online at childsupport.ca.gov or by phone at 866-901-3212.
In-Office Services
Walk-In services are available in the Department of Social Services lobby at the Rood Center.
Additional Walk-In services are available at the Nevada County Courthouse, Suite 1, with limited hours of operation on Mondays and Thursdays, 8am - 4pm (closed for lunch from 12pm - 1pm), and Wednesdays, 1:30pm - 4pm. Services are not available on Tuesdays or Fridays.
