Escaped Assessment Information
Property that "escapes" being assessed by the Assessor's Office, for a variety of reasons, and is not placed on the assessment roll is called an escaped assessment, and the property escapes being taxed.
Mobile Home Tax Clearance Certificate
To request a mobile home tax clearance certificate, please send an email to our office with the following information. You may also fax this information to us at (530) 265-9857. Requests can take up to ten (10) days to process, and certificates are good for sixty (60) days once they’ve been completed. Estimated taxes and all prior year taxes will need to be paid prior to releasing the completed certificate.
