2. Expecting parents are invited to a no-cost preparation course, “Becoming Us.” We will focus on the mental, emotional, and relationship well-being of the whole family.  Partners will be guided through navigating the complexities of early parenthood. Classes are a small group, led by a licensed therapist and public health nurse.

    

   Sessions start monthly, and they meet Thursdays for four weeks from 4-5:30 p.m. at Western Sierra Medical Clinic Women’s Health Center (150 Glasson Way, Grass Valley). Please fill out the form to receive more information or call 530-802-3644 or 775-721-1751.
