The Nevada County Agricultural Commissioner’s Office transitioned to a new statewide online pesticide permitting and reporting program called CalAgPermits in October 2011.

You'll need to contact our office to be issued a username and password. In the email subject line please place “CalAgPermits login.” In the body of the text include:
- Email address
- Permit name and number
- Phone number
- Your name
Information Gathered by the Form
The electronic pesticide report prompts you to enter all of the information you would normally enter on your monthly use report. Other new features of this web-based program are that it gives growers the ability to view their permits and site maps online and also submit Notices of Intent (NOI).
