Pesticide Business Registration

All pest control businesses, advisors, aircraft pilots, and farm labor contractors must register annually with our office prior to advertising, soliciting, or performing work in Nevada County.

* Walk-ins are discouraged as the necessary staff may not be present to complete the necessary documents. Documents may be dropped off, mailed, emailed or faxed. If you have a CalAgPermits login,  you may also complete and upload the documents online.

Forms may be emailed to agdept@nevadacountyca.gov or faxed to 530-470-2939, and payments may be made electronically at LexisNexis VitalChek Network.  To ensure we link your payment with your paperwork, please complete the payment first, and include a copy of the payment transaction with your paperwork.

*NEW* If you have a CalAgPermits login, you may complete your next year registration online after December 1 each year.
