The Commercial Cannabis Dispensary Application Evaluation Committee shall meet on an as-needed basis to review submitted competitive Commercial Cannabis Dispensary applications and shall establish a merit-based approach to selecting the most qualified applicants to apply for a Use Permit for a Cannabis Dispensary.
