More… Expecting parents are invited to a no-cost preparation course, “Becoming Us.” We will focus on the mental, emotional, and relationship well-being of the whole family. Partners will be guided through navigating the complexities of early parenthood. Classes are a small group, led by a licensed therapist and public health nurse. A new session will be starting soon!
