Completed applications can be submitted as follows:
Single and Annual Permit Applications can be mailed, faxed, or emailed. If faxing or emailing, attach a copy of the check that has been mailed. If mailing, include payment with the permit.
Pay the appropriate fees: Single $16.00 Annual $90.00
Please submit permits in advance of the transportation dates needed. Allow 5-10 business days for processing.
