Recording Notification Service (RNS) is a free recording service provided to you by Nevada County Clerk-Recorder's Office. When you sign up, you will receive alerts for any exact matches of names or name variations you registered for. You may register up to 10 names per email address. Please Note: Notifications will be received only for documents recorded in the Clerk- Recorder’s Office after you subscribe to the service.

The State of California requires the Recorder's Office to record all documents that meet recording requirements outlined in California Law. We have no authority to refuse to record a document that meets recording requirements.
