Tobacco Prevention

What We Do 

The Nevada County Tobacco Prevention Program seeks to create a tobacco-free environment to protect the lives and health of all community members. We do this through: 

  • Outreach, education, and training about tobacco prevention  
  • Providing cessation resources 
  • Coordinating the Nevada County Tobacco Free Coalition, a community collaborative working to reduce the effects of tobacco and vaping through education and policy change
