Nevada County uses the Hart Verity voting system. Verity is manufactured and supported by Hart Intercivic, Inc. Nevada County currently uses Verity v. 3.1 and is certified for use in California by the Secretary of State. The voting system is paper-based and is never connected to the Internet.
