Renter shall provide proof of Commercial General Liability Insurance evidenced by a certificate of insurance with properly executed endorsements attached.

Inclusions
The insurance shall continue in effect during the entire term of the agreement and include the following:
Broad form coverage for liability for death or bodily injury to a person or persons, and for property damage, combined single limit coverage, in the amount of $1 million dollars.
An endorsement naming County of Nevada, its officers, officials, employees, agents and volunteers as an additional insured under said policy;
A provision that said insurance shall provide for 30 days written notice to County of any termination or change in coverage protection.
