Tenant Based Rental Assistance Program (TBRA) provides security deposits to qualifying low-income renters as a one-time only grant. Funding for this program is no longer available.
Funds are available through our 2014 home grant provided by the State of California Housing and Community Development Department. Participants and landlords must receive pre-qualification prior to entering into a lease agreement.
