PUBLIC REVIEW AND COMMENT PERIOD TIME EXTENSION: A Notice of Availability of a Final Environmental Impact Report (EIR) and Notice of a Special Public meeting for the Idaho-Maryland Mine Project was previously distributed to the public, interested individuals, and public agencies, on January 4, 2022, which started a 60-day public review and comment period.
This notice is to announce that the public comment period has been extended until Monday, April 4, 2022, at 5:00 pm to allow the public a total of 91 days to submit comments. This notice is to also announce that the Special Meeting Public Meeting before the Nevada County Planning Commission has been rescheduled to March 24, 2022. More information is provided below.
