New Fee Schedule to Begin September 1, 2025
The new fee schedule is scheduled to take effect on September 1, 2025. Below, you will find the Fiscal Year 2024/2025 fee schedule, as well as the new fee schedule for Fiscal Year 2025/2026.
- Fiscal Year 2024/2025: July 1, 2024, to June 30, 2025; however, the fee schedule effective date is September 1, 2024.
- Fiscal Year 2025/2026: July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2026; however, the fee schedule effective date is September 1, 2025.
- Also, the Traffic Mitigation Fees underwent review and update in 2023, with no increases in Fiscal Year 25/26.

Traffic Mitigation Fee - EFFECTIVE July 1, 2024 to August 31, 2025
Impact Fee Deferral Programs
The Development Impact Fee Deferral Program was established as an incentive to encourage residential development. Only County-controlled development impact fees may be approved for deferral. All fees not controlled by the county will be due for payment at the time of issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy, unless deferred by the corresponding agency, and proof of deferral is provided to the County.
To utilize the program, please do the following:
- Review, complete, and sign the documents below.
- Submit the items below along with your building permit application package.
- All outstanding and deferred fees shall be paid prior to final inspection.
